30-130 AND THE VETTE PULLED A FENDER( according to the passenger in the vette) AFTER 120. I WISH I DIDNT HAVE THE EXTRA WEIGHT IN THE TRUCK FROM ALL THE TRACK EQUIPMENT( FLOOR JACK, TRACK WHEELS, 22'S ETC ETC CAUSE WEIGHT WAS ALREADY KILLING ME

I WAS IMPRESSED WITHT HE RUN WITH THE C5Z06...I HAVE SEEN THEM RUN LOW LOW LOW 12 @116-118 WITH GOOD DRIVER. I HAVE BEEN TOLD IN THE BEST WEATHER THEY HAVE GONE LOW 12'S BONE STOCK BUT JUST DRAG RADIALS

i'm surprised it dosent bang the rev limiter with that, venomus1 tried that height on his QC but itd bang the limiter before itd shift everytime. what rpm and gear are you at on the top end.

when i cross the traps N/A i am in 3rd gear crossing @ 6200 rpm and i shift at 6600 rpm. when crossing on the bottle i am close to hitting 4th at 6700 rpm is i hold it there but since its a new set up i went into 4th a bout twice

im learning this new set up with these gears so so far i havent had a issue with banging the limiter but on the 1/8 pass it did it once even though i thought i shifted early but after that it never did it again
 
Great vids...BUT.. Have you tried short shifting, around 5800 to 6000. That thing has got to be nosing over shifting at 6800. Have you ever had it on a dyno?? Unless you have a full tilt racing engine you should pick up a couple of tenths at 5800.

Jack those Hemis will keep pulling after 6K if the heads have been worked for flow....The 6.1 I had with PP heads and cam was still making HP at 6400....

no i havent put i will try it cause im always up for idea and it mightg work ill let you know...thanks for the idea

I have been told this set up in a 5.7 charger made power until 6200 so i will try shifting at 5800 and then ill try shifting at 6200 and then back shifting like i have and see which one helps. i wont be going back to the track until the 25th of sept.

Try it on the street you might feel a difference
