I can't remember the exact number but if I said 20ish rwhp I wouldn't be to far off....in addition to that..the truck will run cooler....

Just installed Dans airbox/blower inlet...basically the whole kit. Dan told me I could expect about 1psi of boost increase given the pressurized system and fresh air intake.

I've only started up the truck and put my hand in front of the new intake piece and could feel the air getting sucked in. I cant imagine how much gets sucked in at higher rpms and speeds. Its an expensive kit but should show promising results.

I'll be roadracing the truck next weekend (end of the month) and will provide my thoughts afterward. the track has some long stretches where speeds in the Ram should easily top 100 mph.

Well worth the money...

That's one nice looking kit!!!  I can see where it would really help the heat issue.

I hope to have my CAI done from JLT Performance in the next couple of months. His idea sounds really good and I'll post up before and after dyno's and pics.

BLAKE.....empty your PM's!!!!!

Yo it looks like we are going Friday. Midnight Madness is actually the following sat....my bad.

We have 5 trucks going though....should be a good time! Plus I'm sure everyone on here would love to see some vid footage!

Stretch that is for N/A applications or forced induction? Thanks.

I think it is for N/A as he is not F/I and I don't think he has any plans to go F/I. So the gains from this set up is TBD. As well as a price is TBA. So right now he is somewhat keeping it on the QT. But once it is done he will let everyone know about it ASAP. Got it?

Thanks Smoke! Yes, N/A. I of little money can ill afford a nice F/I system. Jay from JLT wants to design a system for N/A trucks that actually raises HP. Once it is fabbed and installed. We'll dyno it. I'll post all up and if it works he'll mass produce and sell to the public. In addition to the standard air tubes (which can be custom painted), he'll have them made in carbon fiber as well for anyone who wants it. I can say that he is going to use a 12" K&N cone filter. Should be interesting.

Hey Quick, did you pull out the black plastic piece behind the grill on that side for airflow? Looks like I'll have to pull mine out for airflow to the filter setup I'm looking at having.

I think you would be better off just cuting a hole if it sits right up at the front of the grill. I had the plastic shroud off for few weeks and it makes the engine bay dirty as hell. Lots of bugs and water from rain get in through there. So if you do remove it then look into some way to funnel it to the filter and block off the rest of the area.

Jay and I talked about doing just that. Some kind of a sheet metal backdrop or shield around the filter. Will have to wait till it is installed and there is room down there to work to figure something out.

The kit does not come with instructions.

I did pull the black plastic piece off. The other thing VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW is in order to EASILY get the large 90 degree aluminum elbow into place you should lift the intercooler off of its support bracket (secured to the top of the intake). I wasnt told/aware that you could do this so I ended up forcing mine into place after several hours and attempts. The AC line somewhat limited the ease of getting into place as well as the brass fitting that you re-install in the top of the unit.

If you take the top of the intercooler off there will be/should be much more room to work with.

My airbox does not fit in all 4 bolts where the stock Paxton one did either. I managed to get one top and one lower screw to fit and right now its pretty tight into place. I may have to drill the other two a bit for the other screws.

Guys thank you for all the input,Just waiting untill dan makes another batch ive already put in the order but will have to wait till more are built.
