That aggravates me so freakin bad that I sent them a nasty email and listed my name and phone number, I hope they call me! If I lived close I would definitely pay them a visit. I am a Cornwell tool dealer and I stop at a number of dealerships. The ones that I stop at are all good. This kind of deal gives the good ones a bad name!!! The techs that destroyed the clutch in that car should never be able to touch another car!!!

wow the internet works wonders, only 500,000 views on his utube video, and 100s and 100s of complaints against the dealer on every form of the internet with in 4 days, they took down there facebook due to being thrashed, twitter, all accounts, and they folded
today, it only took 500,000 thousand pissed off people lol but it worked...

good for the camero owner, he got a good deal by the looks of things in the end,,

although the dealer is still saying its normal testing LOL.. trying to cover there ass while paying out the ass lolol..

They settled with the owner but are going to auction the car for charity so get to get a tax break for screwing withthis guys car its just sad that they should have done that before it got to the internet

It is very sad..i work in the service industry myself not auto- agriculture, and this gives the hard working honest techs a bad rap...for this same kind of situation i would never take my lawnmower or my 10 to any repair shop....
