I have a Dell Dimension E520 that I bought a few months ago. I purchased it to load 2003 server standard in prep for my MCP exam. This machine has run for less than 24 hours. I am done with the box and think I need to sell it to get some stuff for the truck.

Dimension E520
Intel 2.8 dual core 820. I believe the board can support up to the e6700 core duo proc. Check support.dell.com if you need to verify
3 gigs ram 533mhz in 2x 512 and 2 x 1 gig sticks, I added the 2x512. I believe these are kingston and sumsung modules.
Seagate 160 sata 2
Maxtor 250 sata 2, I added this
Dvdr sata interface
standard case and PS.

I will format the drives and think the original restore partition is still intact. The machine came loaded with XP home. I can re install home and you can register it with the OEM keycode, I never used it. I will also send you a copy of Vista Ultimate. I have been running this for several months now and have had no problems. The box is open and the keycode has not been used. I used the media to load vs. downloading it from my MSDN subscription. The machine has 267 days of warranty left on it and will cover the original config, everything but the 2x 512 and maxtor HD both of which are covered under manufacturer warranty. I would like to get $350 for the box plus shipping. I can get a shipping cost and would ask that insurance be added since its a PC. PM me with any questions

Thanks all,

Thanks Patrick, I will keep this in mind. I hope that I can pass 70-290 on the first try and not have to take it a second time.

I might be interested...
This sounds like a LOT Of computer for $350

No return on computer equipment, I would rather have the money for my stereo system. I have 4 of these systems and dont think I need all of them. I will give it a few days and if nobody wants it I will part it out on ebay. I would even trade for some stereo equipment if someone wanted to do a swap. This is what I have on my list

Rockford Fosgate P550.2 Punch
Alpine CDA-9885
Rockford Fosgate Punch P450.4 4
Polk Audio DB 650
Polk Audio MOMO MMC6500

Thanks everyone,

Chris

Whoa whoa whoa before you part it out, let me know...
This would be great for my med school studies man. I just need to find the disposable cash quick! :dontknow:

no problem just let me know. Im going to tell the wife that I already have the $850 needed to fund my stereo install so that I can get it ordered prior to labor day weekend. I just need to be able to tell her that when I take the money out of the bank it will be going back in, so a business case if you will.
