We are getting ready to go downtown. Will and I are taking Alex to see her first Redwings hockey game. A friend of mine got us the tickets at a great price, and now that Alex is feeling better we are going to do more things together.

Back when I lived there in the 90s they were mediocre at best but sold out everynight. I think it was one of the first home games after their first Stanley cup in years that they finally didn't sell out.

I moved there from So Cal so I had no idea what hockey was. All my new friends were wing nuts. I remember the first game I watched Bob Probert pummel some poor guy and I was hooked.

That team is so stacked with players whenever they traded someone they wear the "A" or the "C" on their new team.

It was a blast!!! I think I drove Billy & Will absolutely nutz asking so many questions, but I still don't understand all the concepts of hockey. To me it still looks like a bunch of big - adult - children on ice I still prefer my football anyday!! But . . . it was still a blast! :rock: And I do happen to like Osgood - - GO OZZIE :rock:
