Tim, I can certainly understand where your at, and what your going through.

Been through every emotion to the max over the past year, (I wish I could shut my mind off at times.... the insomnia is the worst) and finally accepted the fact that I can only tackle one day at a time. Certainly less exhausting managing today...instead of the week ahead.
