the converter stall speed from 1800 to 2500...?

man I hope you are wrong...cause this thing is breaking traction at part throtle..I mean it won't really grab or shift until hitting 2900 rpm at part throtle....
 
Uh you do know that installing a 2500 stall convertor means no moving until around 2500rpms right?

2500 is pretty stiff for the street, running around town will also heat up the tranny pretty good also, because the tranny doesnt ingage utill th stall is acheived.

Gonna be a treat to getused to daily drivin:D
 
I know that the converter should have some slip until you hit 2500...but it shouldn't take so long to shift from 1st to 2nd...it will rev to like 3000 and than shift...it feels like driving a stick shift..now with the WOT performance I am extremely happy...:D
 
Problem is fix thank's to Joe...I had to release some slack on the kick-down wire and problem solved....
