Do I need to winterize?

I use a battery tender (great product by the way i have one on everything i own) I fill the tank & use a fuel stabilizer / gas treatment, and try to start it every week or so and dont forget to check your antifreeze other than that you should be fine.

can anyone elaborate on possibly getting flat spots on the tires? I am parking mine tomorrow in a non-heated garage. I have a battery tender and am filling the tank with fuel then the proper amount of stabilizer, was thinking about an oil change but have not decided as it just had one 2000km ago.

Flat spots are unavoidable, unless you take the weight off the tires. They go away after driving for a little bit, but I still hate getting them.
The only way I know of not getting flat spots are to raise the tire off the ground. But you want to support the vehicle as if it was sitting on the ground. Meaning don't let the suspension droop.

I had heard that concrete can eat away at tires if the tires stay in one spot for long periods of time:dontknow: I have no idea if that is true but if it is, place some plywood as a barrier underneath your tires.

IMO the oil change is very important...now that I am running a catch can (JMB), I am amazed at the amount of condensation that gathers in it. The combustion process produces a lot of water that is captured by the oil. I would think over long periods of inactivity, that the oil and water would tend to separate and that would leave places where just water is sitting in your engine.

It is so easy and only takes a few minutes...why not?

Thanks guys, today when I park mine I will be sure to give it a good wash and cleaning, a oil change and put some plywood under the tires. While we are on the topic of changing the oil is there anything that should know about my SRT while changing the oil that may differ from other vehicles? This will be my first time changing the oil on my SRT, thanks in advance

oil change, gas stabilizer and make sure you let it work its way throughout fuel system, over inflate tires and park on 1" styraform pieces, to avoid flat spots. Battery tender maybe required, I do not use one.

Do not run engine until spring.

Do not run engine until spring? I was going to start the truck weekly to keep things lubed. Should I not?

Broke my heart....parked the truck tonight, I will still have to pull it out of the garage and into the driveway for a good wash because the wind was horrible today but it will not touch the road again now until the spring. :(
