Dodge Copy Venom hood for Ram 5500s?

There are a couple guys here in WA that have taken RC deisels and chopped the frames for a short bed. They are drag race trucks and one is one of the fastest in the USA. If SRT came out with a cummins RC short bed 2wd truck... I would be a buyer. You could build a 500 hp 1000 ft#trq pretty easy that would make for a fun truck. They might only sell 20 of them but I would be on the list.

Got some bad news for the diesel guys. Either the end of this year or next diesels are gonna be required to run cats (if a cop see's that black smoke pouring out) they are gonna be able shut your truck down. Epa is gonna crack down harder on semis but it is gonna start on POV's first. And as of now this goes back to like 96 models and newer. Just a heads up.

They cracked down on semi's already! the 2008 year models and up are required to have the new emissions on them. Thats why they are breaking down all the time! hahaha

Looks good.

Runs like piss, or runs off of piss!!

Well to add the fact that we cannot modify the exhaust anymore, these trucks are now required a UREA fill every third tank!! What you say? UREA.... isn't that piss? Yep you heard it right, all the new diesels used in commercial anyways. There is a second gas fill door and all! It is a smaller green gas cap labeled UREA. This Urea is pumped into the exhaust system and kills carbon monoxides and other emissions to provide a cleaner diesel truck.

Problem is we have alot of users already complaining they don't have resources to refill close at hand! And guess what? When you run out, the truck goes into LIMP MODE and runs like 40 MPH to prevent emmisions.

only thing i dont get is how the truck knows its piss? why cant you fill it with water? or dump a bottle of your own piss in it?

also as far as i know they cannot make any emissions laws retroactive.....

Piss is high in Nitrogen main chemical that cuase the reaction. You have never lived in illinois:D :( they like to make shit up as they go along. But get this their actually relaxing emissions on gas vehicle:confused: in kankakee county there doing away with emission testing for gas vehicles:confused: my brother in law is screwed he owns a muffler shop:elefant: :elefant: I told time to relocate up here they make shit worse:dontknow:

Eventually every diesel will use Urea. The new Tier 4 compliant tractors we sell use Urea. The advantage to using Urea is your fuel economy will basically double. Even with the cost of the Urea and fuel compared to new trucks using DPF (diesel particulate filters) the trucks using Urea will be cheaper to operate.

I also dont believe that it is every 3 tanks to fill, more like every 8000 kms or every oil change. Most dealerships have it in stock and eventually all gas stations will also have it.

Urea has been used in Europe for quite some time already. Just like everything else North America is slowly following what the Europeans have developed.

we may actually come out with a gen IV for the newer dodges, and after the holidays, I am gonna speak with them about this
yessir, back in the fukin game ;)
