to remove the GPS antenna? Had the dash apart, each end is free, but the wire seems clipped somewhere. Removed the back part of dash, center piece, glovebox and still cant find where the damn wire is attached. any help would be great.

I almost dont want to say anything because I'm not quite sure I remember, but I actually took the whole dash -out- (freaking nightmare for an amateur) and the GPS ant was just one of many things... I want to say theres a plug thing clamed to the wire along the way........ But either way, if something didn't come loose immediately I'd check for screws first, then yank and it'd usually come undone... clips are a pain in the ass but lucklily I didn't break any when I was gutting my truck.

Butt wipe...

Cable cutters should get it done though...if that don't work I always use a BFH...
