So I was just reading about the "Vehicle black box" online and how the police can get a warrant to read the information stored inside it about the driving habbits and and other information. Seatbelts, speed, etc.... So does our truck have this and where is it?

It is the cpm and yes every vehicle these days has one...a tech will be able to tell you what data is captured...

It doesn't store long term data but does store a few minutes worth. For instance if you have a wreck they can pull the box and see what your speed was at the time of the crash, how hard you were on the gas/bakes, seatbelt, etc. Big brother is ALWAYS watching.

We we bought our srt 4 the salesman told me that it has a black box that they could go back and see the last 20 minutes of history on. The srt 4 is a '05. I'm not sure if my '04 srt 10 has one on not.
