Dot "gif's" in Signatures

Am I the only one experiencing problems with .gifs in people signatures? I've been experiencing them for a while, but it seems more and more people are using .gifs in their sig-lines. I haven't had any problems with large pics being posted - just 'gifs in people's sigs.

I enjoy viewing sig-lines and avatars, but lately it's been slowing me down quite-a-bit. This also isn't to be interpreted as a gripe either.

Anyways. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Is it ISP, Connection, my PC? :dontknow:

Roz I'm having problems on and off on my gamin rig........

gifs, pics, smiley faces, all the sort. some work some dont on and off............. all working now.

Gif's slow my computer down as well. I just turn off the sigs.
