Double whamy!

Driving home yesterday a Mercedes S600 pulled behind me then gunned it changed lanes then passed to the next stop light. I figured ah what the hell. So I pulled up next to him and when the light turned green he pulled out fairly quick of the light as did I. When he saw me pull on him he nailed it without hesitation so I did as well. As I'm sure he thought to himself "I going to teach the guy in a pickup a lesson, doesn't he know I have a V12", but little did he know what lurked underneath my hood. Back to the story I immediately pulled a car then shifted to second, then third and I had 2 cars on him then got off the throtle as we were fast approaching the next light. He then got in the left turn lane looked my way and gave me the thumbs up. I bet he was surpised!

Part two on the same drive home: I got on I-75 when I see a yellow C5 Corvette fast approaching and coming up hard in my rear veiw mirrow, and say to myself "its on!". So I let him pass me then I drop into 4th and pull up next to him and goose him to see if he bites. He does, so its on. He gets the jump cause I didn't expect he to run about a car until the boost kicked in then I was all over him like white on rice. Then started pulling on him until we started coming up to some traffic when I started to slow down. Pulled about a car on him when it was all said and done. Then got to another open area so I goosed him again, but he didn't bite this time.

Man I love this supercharger! :D
 
Forced induction rules................... You should be spanked for street racing though....... Bad boy....;) :eek:

Yeah I just couldn't help myself. The only reason why I did it was because there was no traffic up ahead and there was no weaving in and out of traffic alah Fast and the Furious. As soon as I started coming up to traffic I immediately got off the gas. By no means I'm saying this was a good judgement call. I just wanted to see what she could do. :eek:

dude the s600 after 2003 and above came with twin turbos. That was probably a 2002 or 2001 which is N/A. i HAVE THE 2003 BI TURBO AND IT CAN GO TOE TO TOE WITH MY QC:rock: SO I ASSUME THE ONE YOU WERE RACING WAS NOT A BI TURBO:dontknow:
