i was in South Penn thursday night and asked for a mai tai. the manager of the restraunt came over and explained they had never heard of it. it was at that point i realized i only knew the basic ingredients.
dark rum light rum pineapple juice and grenidine.

so today is saturday, and i am shitfaced.
i have been mixing drinks all day. so far i have made two that i have repeted,

Hawaii Mai Tai big gulp version.
2 oz dark rum
1 oz light rum
1 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
4 oz orange juice
4 oz pineapple juice
3 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz grenadine syrup

that is slamming, and i am drinking one now.

the other is Margarita.

so i want some suggestions on what to drink next. here is what i have.....

well started this after off with whats called a CLASSIC Martguerita.
4oz gold tiquilla
2oz cointreau
juice of a whole lime.

guzzled that bad boy without a breath, woohoo.
says right in the book we are spoiled with mixes and such, and its time to go back to the original.
followed that with a classis 2 shot margerita, but this weekend i am adding 1/2 shot on cointreau to each batch, gives it a nice flavor.
looked everywhere for the patron liqueur with orange, to no avail, will find it this week for next weekend.

8.5 shots on an empty stomic, woohoo!
