Drive shaft Swap

Has anyone done this yet, from the 2 piece to a single drive shaft??? I figured with the transmission being built, if I can do this too, I might as well if its possible.

i went to a speed shop and was goin to get one build but they said with the length of my truck not to do it they were thinking it couldnt handle the power being so long but it worth a shot jus make sure you get a driveshaft loop before attempting

'06 are two. Now, I thought that I read somewhere that the '07 or '08 Ram quad cab cam with a one piece driveshaft.

It can be done. In fact, the diesel trucks switched over to a one piece aluminum driveshaft sometime in 06 because of vibration issues. I researched this but haven't decided what transmission I'm going with yet.

yes they are one piece driveshafts dont know if they would work with a 10 or not here is a pic of mine when i was getting the exhaust done

that's what they are i have removed them and have seen no difference.

Sure it can be done. I've changed my QC to a single piece.
