Driver Side Turn SIgnal Problem

Good afternoon
I haven't been on the site for quite awhile, so I hope all of you and yours are well. I need some help guys. I've done searches but can't seem to find anything.

Problem: The passanger side turn signal and hazzard light works but not the driverside. The console has the "Lamp Out" error but all lights are on except the driver side turn signal. I've switched the taillamps around and same issue. I've checked all grounds and everything seems to be in place. All fuses seem to be good????:dontknow::dontknow:

Question: is there a flasher somewhere I might have overlooked. I'm really stumped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you have a bulb out on the turn signals, you will get a fast intermittent on that side. For it not to be clicking at all, and your hazards to work only on one side i would say it is the turn signal flasher. I just havent ever heard of one giving a lamp out light, unless it is melted and ****ed up.

Put your passenger side turn signal on, and hunt it down by listening to the clicks.
