After watching some 200+ mph vids i was wondering if you guys know of a driving school to train for high speed? I'd love to be better prepared and I'll never get rid of my truck, (I love it to death) but I'm thinking of getting a fast car for my next one, not necessarily a Veyron but something 200+ I am looking into Frank Hawley's Driving School for my NHRA.

Thanks,
Perry

All you have to do is do a Google search on driving schools. There is a multitude of them out there from one day classes to full blown classes where you can be licensed at the end of the class.

I should have mentioned, Google Performance Driving School, not just "Driving School" or you get all the drivers training schools for those trying to get a drivers license.

I am going to the Buck Baker Driving School at Atlanta Raceway on July 14th.

I think we are only going to go around 170 mph, but it should still be fun and informative.

I would be glad to let you know how it goes...............

Please keep me informed. It would be a good short vacation and that's pretty close.
Thanks 'bro

Speed Racer,

Check out www.buckbaker.com.

I saw in your post where you mentioned going 200 mph. I'm afraid this little venture is just going to whet my appetite for speed that much more.......

I reached a top speed of 130 mph at VIR (a road course) during the SRT Experience. These are going to go around 170 mph, and if you are qualified, you can pass other cars at the Buck Baker School.

I just know I'm gonna be asking what's next after this.........

I did the Skip Barber 3 day racing school, and I can tell you it is very informative.
