After the track last week I had so much rubber buildup in the wheel wells and on the fenders. I didnt know how to remove it and someone told me to use bug and tar remover. Well I didnt have any so I looked in the garage and found BBQ grill cleaner by spray nine. I worked tremendously. Got everything off. So then I said maybe it will work on the inside rims. I sprayed it and scrubbed with a little fine steel wool and took off everything. Anyway, just thought Id share this with you guys. Let me know if anyone else tried this.

Worth a try on the inside of the wheels, not sure what it might do to the clear coat though. Did you polish after and all is well I hope?

next time you go to the track get you a little spray bottle an put some baby oil on the rear fenders and inside the fenders it just come off with a pressure washer after you do that

See your local auto body and paint supplier. Purchase a gal of their universal/house brand "grease and wax remover". All of it will wipe off like dust on a freshly waxed paint. Perfectly safe for any surface type you'll find on your vehicles....paint, plastic, aluminum etc
