Oh don't get me wrong
, I know that this would be more than a bolt on or simple tuning deal. This conversion would benefit those running a supercharger, turbo(s), or those with modified internals running higher compression ratios and forged pistons. This mod, if done properly, could benefit the guys (and gals) makin' the big horsepower numbers.
As I learn more on the subject it seems that we would need:
-an increased capacity for fuel flow using a higher output fuel pump and larger fuel lines.
-probably need higher flow injectors
-a properly tuned fuel curve (possibly by using a custom program with the stock ECM)
-possibly change out some of the rubber seals in the system for those that could withstand exposure to E85 over time.
-and most importantly, and almost insane desire to make as much horsepower as possible no matter what the cost or time involved.:rock:
