ECM problems

Hi im new here, I joined because my friend has a 2004 red SRT 10 2 door. Number 6 sparkplug keeps fowling out wet with gas. I have narrowed it down to an injector. Replaced the injector still has problem. Injector is staying open. I think the injector driver is shorted in the ecm. I could use a little help from you guys that are more familiar with these trucks. The drivers trigger the ground to complete the circuit. These trucks have been know to burn the bundle of wires behind the passenger side manifold. You could unplug the PCM and check the #6 injector wire to see if the are shorted to ground. Remember, one wire to the injector is hot all of the time.

If I remember right the middle plug is the injector harness. Good luck.

Or could just have a bad injector. Swap them and see if the problem moves to a different cylinder.

He said he replaced the injector with no change, sounds like wiring or PCM.
