...Ok, so I'm wet behind the ears. Don't know too much about these trucks. So be prepared for some pretty general, and generally lame questions coming from me.

I've looked at the stickies and tried to find some FAQ but there wasn't much so let me apologize beforehand.

So here's some questions:

1.) 2 battery boxes, one battery....What gives? How come I have what looks like an empty battery box on the passenger side of my engine. Am I missing something?

2.) Is there a TSB for the clutch issues the RC's have or am I pretty much screwed. I'm guessing warranty work is out of the question since it's more of a "wear" item.

3.) Will towing anything with my RC void my warranty like someone said?

That's it for now.

Thanks!

1) A burrito warmer / tool holder....its there to hold the air box in place (a mount for it) and holds your emissions sticker
You can remove the box w/ a cai or get one of kevan's storage boxes.

2) no tsb for clutch, install the centerforce kit and upgraded hydraulics.

JMB Justin, Dragon, or Boomer

3) Yes you can tow...not reccomended, but many have. Will it void your warrenty? Depends on the dealer and what the situation is.

The extra battery box on the passanger side can be used as extra for upgrade modified stero/subwoofer.

LOL...Ok, Burrito warmer it is.

Is an extra battery an option? Some kinda carry over from the superduty Rams or something?

I put a second battert in, I can wax the truck with the stero going and when I'am finished the truck will still start.

That extra battery box is a carryover from the diesels which have two batteries.

What the hell is with you Dallas?:dontknow: You just stop in once every 6 months or so and then disappear again?;) :D

To explain a little further. The SRT-10 is built on a 2500 series chassis. The same chassis the turbo diesels are built on. So we get the extra battery box but not the extra battery.

I've got almost 15K on my clutch without any problems (now I've done it). Either I got a good one or I dive like my grandmother. Probably the latter of the two.

I wouldn't try to tow anything very heavy or you'll have problems with the previous topic. Even if you do tow light items, don't drag race with item in tow. JMB offers a hitch kit for the RC's.
