Electrical issue

Every once and a while (seems like every few months) my wipers will go on. Just one swipe, thats it. Where would i start my trouble shooting? Is this an issue i should be concerned with?

Mine do that and in Texas it is to just remind us that is does rain in other parts of the country.

I had a couple Chevy's do that...I just replaced the 'control box' when it became obnoxious.
