Engine advice please

Hey hawk, Can I pick your brain?,,
3 things... 1st, what would make my 10 cyl not shut off for 7 seconds after I turn the key off? 2nd, is it supposed to idle at 60# fuel pressure and be 60# down the road both or does the computer shut the pressure down at a idle?
What ever u can help me with would b appreciated much

1. You more than likely have an issue with capacitance on the PCM control input, and the ASD is not properly configured.

2. Factory fuel system is return-less, and is static @ approximately 58psi.
 
It was rather simple to install the engine and with painless it was plug and play. Thanks to u guys who have me advice when I needed it. Your some good old boys. To the ones that blew me off, thanks for nothing. Next project, a gen 111 in a 28 auburn. I'll keep u guys updated with photos when I start it
