Engine movement

During WOT downshift in my qc it feels like the motor is slamming back really hard. this is the only thing i can think of that could of cracked my exhaust manifold. anyone else notice this? any aftermarket motor mounts?

Likely needs engine and trannys mounts. No aftermarket I know of.

Another culprit which seems more feasible is the carrier bearing on the driveshaft. Try moving the shaft up and down by the bearing and see.
