Engine overheated....Need some advice

I went to go pick up my truck from the port here in germany and drove it back home, then my truck overheated while parked and idling. I'm in germany so my options are very limited as far as buying parts here. I'm thinking its either the following-
A)Thermostat
B)Fan which does not kick on past 200 degrees
C)Fan fuse that I cannot find in the truck unless its labeled differently.
D) All of the Above

Does anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone know where the fuse to the fan is located at?

If memory serves me correct the fan is labled FCM in the fuse block in the engine compartment...Unplug the fan and loop the plug see if it turns on. If not either fan is bad or fuse is popped

fan is hydrolic thats why there is no accual fuse but i believe FCM stands for fan control module and that is plugged into the bottom of fan. You can also unplug the thermostat switch on the top which is easy to get to. Fan should kik on right away when you up plug that but itll throw a CEL while you do that

Thanks for the reply guys! It got extremely hot, it topped off and just started to spit out coolant everywhere. I did drive it and its pretty cold outside so i dont know why it just started to overheat while in park. Im going outside to check the fuse real quick and hopefully that's the case

For it to overheat while idling is scary! It shouldn't need the high speed fan idling. Check for leaks . It must have been leaking when you were driving it. Top it back up And wash the under hood. Fire it up and let it warm up. Check for leaks at all hoses. If there are. O leaks , take it for a drive . 15 min. Keep an eye on temps and turn on the heater. Should be throwing alot of heat! If not pull over and check for leaks. Check for boiling in the overflow jug. Aluminum heads do not like to overheat! They crack between the valves. Becareful not to overheat it again!

Make sure the belt is in place, without it the waterpump doesn't turn.
