You think THAT'S what it is :D - buncha sissy lala's ;)

my mail person is even worse. Community style boxes where the front opens when they put the mail in all the boxes. I come home to find a package in the box that is bigger than the opening. So I had to open the package in the box with my knife and tear the box out. Another time I found the key on top of the box that opens the large drop box. I checked it to make sure it wasnt my package in the box. I also had a neighbor bring me a package that she found in the street and it had my name on it. On a good note I have 600 miles on the truck and the gas mileage broke 9 today.

We have that exact same shit - are we neighbors  ;)

I had a package Mikey and Marne sent us locked in a box for 5 freaking days. Mail carrier left the wrong key in our box to open the big box that they put the oversized stuff in. :2in1: :2in1:

Hey great news on the gas mileage. Remember to reset your mileage computer unless you want a cumulative mileage reading :D

You know we have the same mail person. My guy crammed a packaged in one time that was to big and the key wouldnt open the lock. I kept looking at the number 3 on the key and on the box thinking where the hell is the camera hidden and when will I be on TV. Finally I got pissed and shoved the box and it opened. Now while Im while I type this my friend walks out the door and the damb fed ex packaged is there. Someone was kind enough to bring it to the right house. Time to install my K&N

Great news! Kiss your neighbor :D

Here is a fedex nightmare for you. In 2005 I was deployed to the med. We only had 1 aircraft and it was down due to one part which we did not have an extra of. We got are sister det in Bahrain to fedex us the part. They had to list the contents so the put aircraft parts on the box. We pull into port in Portugal and I being the maintenance officer head out to get. Slight delay for customs, no big deal, still waiting, still waiting. Finally I find out they Fedex thought the aircraft part was for their own aircraft. Never-mind that it was from the US Navy. Anyway since they started to take possession of it they were legally bound to declare it. Blah, blah, blah 4 months later and still no part. The best thing is fedex said it was our fault because we listed the contents as aircraft parts. I said well hell that's what it was. If it said candy would you have taken it and put it in your vending machine? 9 months total for fedex to release the part. Which had to include 2 embassies and a lot of my freakin time.

K so the filter is in question if I put both free stickers on the window will I get an additional HP boost. Tomorrow the glasspacks go on and the bad thing is the wife has me on the no modding lockdown. I still havent confirmed if that is no money out of my pocket or the bank account. Now to sell a few things and get a PCM. I also noticed a sticker right behind the radiator that say PCM reprogram has a dealer code authorization number and date is this common?

Glad you got the package....installed too, nice!!! Like that sucking sound? :D Glasspacks!!! Damn dude, I think its gonna be loud!!!! Not sure about the sticker question. Never noticed on mine. What year and model is your truck?

Yeah - what the heck is that?

Ill post a pic of it on a different thread and see if anyone has any info on it.

I am rural so most deliveries suck Fed ex is not bad but I know the contractor for the route (non fedex employees) .Most of my UPS guys are pretty good but I have known some for 10-12 years . We had one gal for a bit (had her removed from route ) and she was something . She walks in one day tosses a package across the trunk of a prepped and ready freshly painted car . The bast one lately was some sheetmetal parts box was blow out on 2 sides and the parts were just wadded up then we saw dually prints going across the box . Next day I confronted her and all she said was yea I saw that
Mail sucks as those are also contractors out here but I think the whole post office is going down in service and up in price . Customer sent me a check from Houston to Austin and it took 10 days .
Glad to see ya got 9 mpg 10 should be soon <G>
If the sticker is a factory /dealer type sticker then they had a flash upgrade to the pcm that the dealer performed if it's what I'm thinking but I thought they normally stuck those on the pcm .
Have A Kind Day

You reminded me of a situation we had years ago when we first got into the watch business. Customer ordered a watch, I think it was a Breitling. We shipped it out somewhere in CO...way out in the weeds....UPS had contracted out to a cab company:( :( and the driver stole the watch out of the box!!!! Really lame.........ultimately we switched over to Fed X, got seperate insurance riders and have been ok since.

When you way off the grid......your at the mercy of people whom sometimes are not professionals. Sucks!

A guy that I work with came home before christmas to find a box on his door step from Fed Ex. I was shipped to Dillards and didnt even have his name on it. So he called Fed Ex and they said they would send someone over to get it. A week went by an nobody came to get it. He called Dillards who told him they couldnt help. He decided to open the box and see what was in it. 10 watches nothing fancy but a mix of mens/ladies watches. So what did everyone in his family get for christmas a watch. Carriers kill me. When I ran a tropical fish store we got most of our stuff from Germany. It was sent from our vendor in cargo containers to Houston. I had a customs broker that cleared it and got it to UPS to bring to Austin. I had a piece of fiberglass angle 3 feet long .25 stock get snapped in half from Houston to Austin. The dusty boot tread in the center of the box kinda gave it away. I cant complain when I drove for UPS I saw some jacked up stuff like how far can this fragile packed be drop kicked.

Nope you aren't. I have everything shipped to my office because of crap like this. My brother ordered a set of expensive golf clubs and they supposedly got dropped off at his house. He never saw them and everyone involved pointed the finger at everyone else. UPS driver probably dropped his handicap by a few strokes tho.
