If tuned for E-85 (especially FI) it will make more power...but mpg will suck....

Race fuel is anywhere from 7-9 dollars a gallon so its a pretty big cost benefit especially with boost. For my pretty much stock SRT10 there is no advantage but for my race vehicle its not bad in my opinion.
