the work car had been randomly overheating for about 4 months now, after i changed the water pump it went away for a while, until Friday. on the way home the needle pegged. when i opened it i got a shock of my life. my car shit on me.....

never saw anything like it before. after flushing 15 gallons of anti freeze trough the system with a power flusher, there is very little left.

haha nice, thats oil and coolant, feels and looks kinda like pudding, might have blown the head gasket or a cooler line if it has one in the radiator. it will need a oil change seeing as you have none now.

I thought that when water mixes with oil it turns milky :dontknow:
Don't know about when oil mixes with water though

i have not ruled that out as of yet, however... the level of oil was not low at all.
and there was no water in the oil. its only a 3 hour head gasket, so its not a big deal if it is, but last time i saw oil in antifreeze it was just brown, not globish. this crap had clogged the entire cooling system.
on top of that we did a pressure test when we did the timing belt and it was fine then. however did not see this in the antifreeze at that point.

the other idea i am exploring is different antifreezes being mixed.

ive have it look like that on 3 seperate trucks, the water pump agrates thet shit outta it and they kinda mix. my .02 do a coolant pressure test and a cylander press test and see if you can hear any bubbles

if it needs a head gasket your going to see the world first SRT-10 escort. it will take a few weeks to get a new engine.....
