I did not see this on a search(maybe worded it wrong, who knows...) but I was looking at just replacing the huge factory muffler on my 04, its just band clamped in and all the other pipes are still solid and there are no resonators. So has anyone used the Dynomax race bullets?? That was one thought, the other is one of their Ultraflow welded, dual in/out with the built-in 3inch dia x-pipe.....Dynomax® Performance Exhaust | Mufflers | Ultra Flo™ X Mufflers Any input would be great, also i will be doing at least a rear cat delete, or complete catless jmb mids, not sure yet.....

Did you delete the cats? Rear or both? And did you have headers? What kind? Love it!!!
No sorry, I kept the cats cuz CA sucks but I'm happy with the sound. My son uploaded a Youtube video. let me figure out how to post it.

I too ran spintechs in place of the resonators. I had the dynomax bullets in place of the muffler, but they were too harsh. i replaced the dynomax with Flowmaster Outlaw bullets and that combo with an x pipe was perfect. This was all on my last truck
