hey guys i want to put an exhaust on my truck but i can't decide what kind to get. so you can help me by voting on what exhaust you would recommend. i think that i will proably go with the flowmaster but tell me what you think. thanks

Well I have had the Borla and the Flowmaster and I say Magnaflow...

The Borla broke after 1500 miles

The Flowmasters have GREAT sound but do not flow well performance wise

The magnaflow is loved by many here and you can't beat the price....

Depends on what you want? Noise, performance, cost, ease of install, etc.

In what aspect? Certainly not the loudest and meanest. (and I have them by the way)

Flowmaster for noise, but then again i am biased :D

Power on the low end is improved, just depends on what you really want.

Last year somebody did a dyno with the flowmasters and actually lost power if I remember correctly. You can do a seach on the old site if ya like.

MF, MF'r is my vote!!

Not meaning to high-jack but. . . Dosent Bassani have a catback (excuse me "AFT-Cat") system for our trucks? If so has anyone ever heard it? I have heard the magnaflow and B&B on the web dose anyone else know where i can here some more?

Thanks guys

Well. I have the Borla/Mopar. Love the way it sounds and looks, when there are a few of us together at least mine doesn't look exactly like all the rest. I haven't had any issues with it, and when Nowwhat's truck was stock like mine, except I think he had a CAI, and the only real difference was exhaust, I beat him every time. So far his exhaust has cost him $30k LOL.

I would agree with you on the Flowmaster. It is louder than the magnaflow. I have them on my hemi and have heard them on a SRT-10 (same sound).

I'm wondering if keeping the resonator after the muffler would actually affect the noise created by the exhaust system, or the performance for that matter. I left mine on. Anyone with an '05 leave theirs on as well?
