exterior rear mirror with light

Hi, in Italy, you have to have the light on the side of the cars, so if you have somebody near you, and you have to turn, he can see your light.

Now is possible to have the light on the rear mirror, like Mercedes.

I DON'T want make holes in the truck to install lights. Anybody of you guys, know if there're rear mirrors with light for our truck ??

Cal-Vu makes one with an external light thats intended to be a signal light, but I don't see why it couldn't be wired to be on with the headlights instead of the signal.

may be you could, but a signal light is better, I mean...... here in Italy
