the B&B tips are spot welded together ... hard to clean... now with the new welding setup we will seperate them 1/2" .. hehe, so i can rub a towel between them and have nice shiny tips .... ok, i can ask my wife to rub...

ok, had not that much time due work but still managed today the tips welded to the mufflers... tomorrow connections over the axle :rock: :rock: :rock:

Now i have my tips a bit apart ... easyer to clean !

Then i'm gonne cut the hole install and place 4 of those babys... 2 parallel lines of 2 in serie...
Could be done with the mufflers sideways instead of now in line with the car-lenght... but that's PLAN B

Have ( PLAN A ) those 2 mufflers with tape connected to the exhaust tips for test and it was already a BIG difference ! Quieter then the stock exhaust :elefant: :elefant: :elefant: :elefant: :elefant:

Yes... but not welding .. that i let do by one of my welders :rock: :rock: :rock:

PS i myself can hardly burn a electrode in a corner... let alone a stainless TIG weld on tiny tubes...:nurse:
i have 10 certified welders on the paylist.. so no need to do it myself
