It is about 2.5 years old, but hasn't been in use since April last year. Works perfectly and sounds Great! Should fit without modification into a '01 Ram QC. (It was already in one) Retails for $270
I also have the JL Audio Stealth box with a 12" 400 Watt Sub. The box replaces the front middle seat in the 97-01 Ram QC. This thing sounds Great!! Retails for $499
