Does anyone still have their factory warranty in affect? Mine expires this October. What mods void the warranty?

I still have 15 months left on mine......and lots of others here still have warranty.....what mods are acceptable?....Federal law says that the MFG has to prove a mod caused the failure...with that said your warranty is only as good as your dealer....my dealer still warranties most of my truck even though it is heavily modded....nothing he can do about busted piston since they are not stock but he will replace the air conditioning compressor should it fail.

Some dealers will void warranty if you put a different brand tire on the truck....so you need to speak with your dealer to see what he considers OK.....otherwise your only recourse for a hostile dealer is costly litigation.....
