But to cut a sub 10 second run you gonna need over 1100 to the ground it just isnt physically possible without it, even with mine on the perfect night with all the moons aligned the best it "should" run is a 10.2

Not calling BS on the guy, just saying it takes some serious traction and ponies

d with. i was NOT there as previously posted and am going by my friends word of truth. i do not believe he ran a 9, or 10, or even 11 for that matter. i do however believe my friend. he may have f'd with me, but if it ruins my name i will not be happy. thanks for digging into it. i tried, reasearched best i could, but you guys managed to find facts that i couldnt. that is why i love this place. please if it is false, dont judge against me. if its true, be glad a srt ran that fast. i am going by the word of one of my best friends, the only person besides my ex that has ever driven any of my cars. i trusted him to take the srt for a week to the shore. i feel he had no reason to lie to me. the pic may have been photochopped, but i saw it and believed it MAY have been possible. if its false, make sure i am notified please.

hey no ones mad, you said it was what you heard....then its what you heard, we all like pics and facts, you know...it took me a while to find pics but i did....on street tires we all know a 9 second pass is impossible....well in our trucks anyways...keep us posted:rock:

MY magic run

OK. So I come into work the other day and get a call from a guy named Rodney who said I need to come to this site and tell you guys about my 9 second SRT truck. I was a little confused to say the least. So here I am the INFAMOUS Chris Winter owner and operator of Crazy Horse Racing. no it's not a strip club although if it was I would be making way more money . Anyway. I spoke to rodney today and he convinced me to come to your site and become a member. He wanted me to personally reply to this post also.
SO here it is. No I do not own a Dodge truck and it was not me at Island dragway. However I really did enjoy reading this thread and it makes me want to build a truck that can run that fast. This site has some of the smartest posters I have seen in a long time. The responses are well thought out and you guys really seem to know your stuff. Do I think it's BS. probably. Not saying definietly because anything is possible but for the truck to run those times with that tire would be really difficult. Plus I have raced at Island dragway. It is a really small track with no shut down area so if it did run those times the next picture you would have seen is the truck being pulled out of the woods on a flat bed because the shut down area isn't even an 1/8th mile. I was at Island Dragway the day in question, but left prior to the red RC running....I did see it there and it had a "CRAZY HOUSE CUSTOMZ" sticker on the rear window, along with the duramax H2 and several other trucks. All i can say is while i was walking to my truck the red RC drove by me on the way out of tech and it did not sound like it had a blower on it...from what i could tell it had a catback system and that was about it. :dontknow:

Again, the truck i saw had a "crazy HOUSE" (not horse) customz sticker.
