A while back, i ask a general question about a issue my lovely wife was having with the truck while i was away.
I've been driving the wheels off of it, JUST PASSED 40,000 miles! And no problems, until Thursday, it started to mess up on me. Idle hunting and running at 1,200 rpm's and the AFR jumping around lean to rich.
Then on friday it starts to swing off the chart rich to lean and then shuts off. While pulling over it catches i go slowly, as i was on the freeway i stayed close to the shoulder, it bucked and shut off. Pulled over, grab a new card for tuning. Turn the ignition on, pop the hood.....................NO DAMNED LIGHTS ON THE VEC! Recheck the ignition, it's on. There is loose wiring in the ECM. So I Bundled the harness up and and made sure the connection was good i got me to work and is running good.
I think thats been a issue for a little while now. I'll get some new pins, a pin install tool (if needed) and re solder the connections.
Thanks for all y'alls help!
