It isnt sold yet but when you figure up here you lose 10% of the sale price on top of your best offer being 7% less than list, you might as well sell lower and avoid all the BS, I may be able to make a little more but I wouldnt know when and I can cancel insurance, electric, gas ect. ect. ect.
