I tried yesterday....4 beers and 36 hours of Jet Lag kicked my ass!

So I fell asleep around 4pm and then woke up at 10 pm and have pretty much been up since then with a 3 hour nap in between. Ahhhhh...pillow top mattress.....it is nice, yes!

Talked to Mikey....need to call Roy....when i feel up to it. I am a little queasy from the traveling and then I went and beat myself up at the gym today. Mostly just rambling....maybe I need a beer!

Later....gotta go get a hair cut. Starting to look like a hippy commie pinko fag!
