Fixed Idle Problem; Thanks Marty!!

Well as some of you know I had an idle issue when decelerating it would sometimes stick at around 1200 RPM's.

Because of Marty's sharp ear and slough of knowledge it is now acting exactly the way it use too(normal).

Turned out the the Roe TB Blade was closed too much and it wasn't getting enogh air so the IAC motor was doing it's job and opening up thus causing the higher idle than normal.

I merely put a turn and a half on the set screw and wala, problem soved!!
