Guys back in May of 1998 I bought a Yamaha R1 from a Place in Florida called Sky Powersports. When I was signing the papers they made me buy a Florida Lic. plate for the bike. Even though I told them I was loading the bike in a truck and taking straight to Michigan, they said I had to buy their plate, so I did. Well every year since then they keep sending the renewal to me here in Michigan, so I fill it out and send it back. To this day I am still running a Florida plate on that motorcycle.
