I have had my B&G Stage II flash on my truck for a while now. I recently installed cattless mids. Do I need to have my ECM re-flashed or is it OK like it is.

Nope, unless your A/F ratio is too lean or your engine is pinging.
If you go to a dyno, have them plot out A/F ratio vs your RPM. Post it on here, and we are sure to make plenty of comments for you.

i would disconnect negative battery cable for 30 minutes every time i added a mod.

I just disconnected my battery while I was installing the cat-less mids. I dyno'd recently and seem to have a couple of lean spots. Im going to email my mods and dyno sheets to B&G and see if they can clean things up. I'm not pinging or anything so I dont think I NEED to get re-flashed but I want the truck running perfectly.
