Flashing VIN into Mopar Computer???

I know the stealership can do it along with some vendors.

Question is what does it take to flash in the VIN # that costs $100?

Cant anyone do it cheaper?

hey shu dont wast your money. I paid 150 to get the mopar computer flashed with my vin. it did nothing for my truck...did not run cooler, dont think it made anymore power either.

Well i got the Mopar Computer for like $75 Delivered so may as well use it.

I thought if you had the cooler thermostat it would run cooler?

I was just looking for somebody to tell me why it costs so much to simply put the VIN # into the computer.

Seems like a 5 minute job to me??????

yeah i know bro, i paid 100 for mine, then took it to dc to get it flashed...

i have the lower t-stat and again temps are the same as is power...

Some people who have dynoed with the mopar comp also reported a loss in hp
