Either GM is really hurting for cash or they don't wanna admit their $70,000 Viper Killer is turning out to be a POS. If I were you talk to the owner of the dealership as well as the area rep and tell them that you are going to fight this through the courts...thats should scare them....then try to do a buy back....

The dealership doing my service is not the one it was originally bought from. I will stop by tomorrow to get a copy of the service log, get their reason for attempting to void warranty in writing and signed as well as a copy of the engine analysis.
