If the Fidanza Liteweight Flywheel is 19lbs. then what's the weight on the stocker in my 2004?

What benifits would I expect to gain?:D

I'm thinking on a new grippier clutch set up also any suggestions on a complete deal ?

Needs to be a weekend swap though...:D

There are 2 schools of thought on the lightweight flywheel. The set up originated for road racing Viper cars. Some people and vendors like it and say it helps the motor spin up faster due to it's lighter weight.

My builder told me it would not be worth the cost. He says I would only notice a performance gain on a vehicle that consistently runs at alot higher rpms for longer periods than we run (over 6000), like a road racer. He advised me to spend my money elsewhere use the centerforce with the OEM flywheel.

I'm taking his advice.:)

I don't think anyone has shown a gain at the 1/4 mile track or the dyno with the flywheel.

Surely there has to be some sort of difference?

I have an aggressive driving manner anyhow- will this help the engine rpm up faster with the clutch applied during torque transfer?:D :p

I have the centerforce findanza setup. The rpms definatly spool up faster with this flywheel. Does it make me faster at the track, not sure have not been back. Does the clutch work better than stocker, absolutly. Grippier, hell yeah!!! I am very satisfied with the setup.
