I've got to replace my right front fog light. Any suggestions or tips. Do the bolts run in from the front or back? Thanks in advance.

You jack up the front and get it from underneath.

If you look under the front bumper, there is a round hole. Stick your arm up there, and the fog light is held in by (3) bolts - from the back.

Just did this yesterday, see the above three posts. Finger tighten the bolts so you can still move the housing around and center it in the hole in the bumper, then tighten them down.

And don't forget the plastic black spacer, block-looking brackets that mount between the fogs and the bolt holes on the truck. They are the thingies that position your lenses where they should be, otherwise your foglamp assembly will sit too far back in, making it look cock-eyed when compared to the left side.

Thanks a million guys. I'll let you know how it goes.

I have a driver side that you can have(I think thats the extra one). If thats the one you need. Pretty easy install like the above guys posted.

Replaced mine 2 weeks ago. No issues very straight forward.
What you cant reach from under you can get at from the top.
Took me about 20 min.

My right fog light just went out as well.. What did you guys replace it with
(aka model number?) do i need to replace the whole light or just the bulb?

Andrew

If the lens isnt broke you can just replace the bulb which should be a 9006 bulb. Its pretty much a headlight bulb.
