After reading all the posts on PCB, I gather you're into Kalula, so I thought I'd give you this. It's much better than store bought

Kaluha

4 cups sugar
2 oz Instant Coffee
2 cups water
2 cups Brandy
1 vanilla bean

Mix coffee & sugar
Boil water, pour into coffee mixture.

Let cool to room temperature

In a 1/2 gallon jug
pour mixture into jug
Add Brandy, mix

Slit Vanilla Bean & put in jug.

Cover jug and place in a cool dark place for 30 days.

Wow that is awesome!! Im gonna try this, heck ill make enough for the entire GTG next year :D

Thanks alot bud, i really appriciate the recipe

One suggestion on that recipe, the higher quality Brandy, the higher quality of the final product.

Yep, glass jug & 200 year old brandy would be a bit much. ;)

Just for laughs, here's another recipe:

1 - 1/2 gallon glass jug
2 cups sugar
2 cups vodka
2 cups fruit or berries (Kiwis are great, sliced)

shake to dissolve the sugar

Cover in a dark place for 30 days.

Strain through cheesecloth after 30 days
