For Those of you w/ Skinnies or Brake Size Knowledge

For those with skinnys......are they 18" or 19" wheel? Anyone know if 18" wheel will clear the front calipers? I have 17" wheel on my rear which barely clears the calipers but I'd guess the front brake assemblies are a little bigger than the rears. I found some 18" wheels on aewheel.com that are out bolt pattern and I can get them for about $120/ wheel. Lemeee know! Thanks for you input in advance!!!!

the wheels are 29lbs each dunno about tires? you have the actual weight reduction but how does less rotating mass play in?

I agree! Blake has skinnys and he said he'll let me take a spin down the track on them to see how much time I can shave off.....maybe this Saturday!?

Bogart has made me 18X7 3/8" fronts that fit on an 04 without doing anything but bolting them on. Search prior threads for more info.

The 19inch CCW wheels that i sold to VPRPWR you had to shave the caliper just a little. And that is awsome how Bogart can make a 18inch rim that fits over these calipers.
