forced induction coolant

i know paxton says 75% 25% but when ever i open the heat exchanger it looks like the coolant is foaming. what do you guys run?

50/50 with Royal purples coolant additive. I live in Siberia so I have to make sure it doesn't freeze during the winter months.

Im using distilled water and Royal Purple additive. I don't have to worry about my coolant freezing down here in South Florida.
