friday night drag racing @ pir !!!

decided to make one more pass this year before i do the striker heads/cam/forged work..... my drag racin' buddy luis was there too !!! :) with just a full B&B exhaust & my drag radials, i ran:

r/t = .091, best of the night was .065
60' = 1.880, best of the night was 1.739
1/4 = 12.73
mph = 108.77

@ sea level here @ pir !!! the track was a ton better for traction this time than in august when we ran....... :rock: :burnout:

before i get it, i know i ran too many runs (11) - it was too tempting & there weren't too many racers..... for me to get to trainman's 12.4, i'd have to power shift & i'm not brave enough to try....
after my build-up, i'm hoping for low 12's & mid 11's after i add nitrous (later)..... :D

I saw Luis' thread on the Connection.....seems like both of you had a great time.....I hope I can get a 1.7 60' with the DRs....might just see high 11s myself.....:)

What a fun night!! i did a 13.009 @ 108.45 !!! My best so far!!:D

Next weekend it's the street warrioz event http://www.ihra.com/streetwarriorz/events/2008/portland.php ... if i get off work not to late i'll be going!!:burnout:
