I've looked all over the place for step by step instructions on the front brakes. I have Stinkers step by step procedures on the back and am GTG with those. Can anyone help me out. I already have the pads from Dave Z and would like to get this done this weekend. Its on an 06 QC...:confused:

;) I'll check it out too. I guess I should be a supporting member then I could just pull the info from the DIY section and be done... I've looked all over and haven't been able to see exact instructions. I have seen where some guys where saying you can change the brake pads without pulling off the calipers:dontknow: I hope thats true because I'm sure they done come off too easy.

It is true. :)

apparently, there's a 2005 service manual download to::dontknow:

http://pdftown.com/PDF-Dodge-Ram-2005-Service-Manual.html

I tried to download those files. When I tried they were encrypted/password protected and you needed to download another program to extract the actual pdf files. The program was similar to WInZip but it wasn't that - something else. Also, before you are "allowed" to download them, that site prompts you to purchase another feature that will speed up the download. I opted out of that one and the downloads took forever, like go have a few beers and wax your truck forever. I got the files to download but I could never get the pdf files extracted -- password caused me problems and some other conflict. I finally gave up. Maybe somebody else will have better luck.

Yep, I tried "password" to. It seemed that when I came close to it extracting, I received error messages saying invalid password and some file was missing that the extraction program was looking for. After peeing away a Saturday morning I decided to call it quits and resume drinking.
